The increase of the axial displacement should be handled as follows: ⑴ When the axial displacement is found to increase, immediately check the temperature of the thrust pads and refer to the differential expansion table. Check the load, steam temperature, steam pressure, vacuum, vibration and other instrument instructions; contact the thermal industry to check whether the axial displacement indication is correct; confirm that the axial displacement increases, report the shift leader and value leader, contact the boiler and electrical load reduction, maintain The axial displacement does not exceed the specified value. ⑵ Check the pressure in the monitoring section, the first-stage extraction pressure, and the high-pressure cylinder exhaust pressure, which should not be higher than the specified value. When it exceeds, contact the boiler and the electric to reduce the load and report to the leader. (3) If the axial displacement increases above the specified value and the measures taken are invalid, and the unit has abnormal noise and vibration, the vacuum emergency stop should be quickly destroyed. ⑷If the axial displacement increases or the thrust bearing is damaged due to water impact, the vacuum emergency stop should be immediately destroyed. ⑸ If the axial displacement increases due to unsatisfactory main steam parameters, the boiler should be immediately adjusted to restore normal parameters. ⑹ The axial displacement reaches the stop limit value. The axial displacement protection device should be activated. If it does not operate, it should be stopped manually immediately.
