It may also cause the bearing bush to be displaced during vibration, causing the bearing bush to malfunction or be damaged.
4. The bearing itself is defective. In the process of bearing bush processing and manufacturing, the quality of Wujin casting is poor. For example, the front tire of the Wujin casting is not cleaned properly, there is no hanging tin or the quality of the hanging tin does not meet the requirements, and problems such as the unbearing of the bearing or the cracking of the black gold occur during operation.
5. Mechanical impurities are trapped in the lubricating oil, which damages the udon surface and causes bearing damage.
6. Improper oil temperature control will cause the formation and stability of bearing oil film, which will cause damage to the bearing bush.

1, the oil return temperature of the bearing exceeds 75 ℃ or it suddenly rises to 70 ℃ continuously.
2, the temperature of the spindle Wawujin exceeds 85 ℃, and the temperature of the thrust Wawujin exceeds 95 ℃.
3, the return oil temperature rises and smoke is emitted in the bearing.
4, the lubricating oil pressure drops below the allowable value of the operating regulations, the oil system is leaking or the lubricating oil pump cannot be put into operation.
5. Unit vibration increases.

The above phenomenon is found during the operation of the unit and it is proved that the bearing has been abnormal or damaged. The brake should be immediately shut down to check the damage and take repair measures to repair it.
