The reasons for the temperature change of the thrust pad of the steam turbine are:
⑴ The steam turbine load changes and the axial thrust changes.
⑵ After the steam turbine load is changed, the stress of the pads is uneven, and the temperature of individual pads changes.
⑶ Steam temperature is too low or water shock.
⑷ Vacuum drops more.
⑸ The blade is seriously fouled.
⑹ The amount of oil in the thrust bearing changes.
⑺ Thrust pad is worn or damaged.
⑻ Oil temperature change of oil cooler.
⑼ The thrust bearing itself is defective.
