Treatment plan for air-side sealing oil pump tripping 2020-04-10


The air-side AC sealed oil pump runs, and the high-pressure reserve oil and DC pump reserve. The hydrogen side AC oil pump is running, the hydrogen side DC pump is on standby, the hydrogen pressure is 0.31Mpa, and the balance valve pressure difference valve is automatically turned on.

 

There are two kinds of accidents. One is that the standby pump is normally connected after the operating pump is turned off, and the other is that the standby pump is not normally connected.

 

1. After the running pump is turned off, the standby pump is normally connected:

 

(1) Phenomenon:

 

1. The air-side AC oil pump is turned off, and the air-side AC oil pump accidental alarm is issued.

 

2. The air pump on the air side is turned on. After the air pressure on the air side is momentarily low, it returns to normal.

 

(Two) handling:

 

1. The OS screen checks the oil pressure of the operating mode before the accident of the empty hydrogen oil, the oil temperature is normal, and the hydrogen pressure is normal.

 

2. Check the operation of the DC pump after starting up normally, the outlet pressure is normal, and check that the pressure difference valve of the balance valve operates normally.

 

3. Otherwise, make appropriate adjustments, find the cause of the air-side AC oil pump tripping, and notify the maintenance personnel to deal with it.

 

4. Strengthen the monitoring of DC bus and DC oil pump.

 

Second, after the running pump is turned off, the standby pump interlock is not normal:

 

(1) Phenomenon:

 

1. The air-side AC oil pump is off, and the air-side AC oil pump is off alarm.

 

2. The air-side DC oil pump is restarted after being connected or not connected, and the standby differential pressure valve operates normally and the hydrogen pressure is maintained at 0.31MPa.

 

(Two) handling:

 

1.Check that the oil hydrogen differential pressure is maintained at 0.056MPa, and there is no downward trend.

 

2. Immediately notify the maintenance to check the AC seal oil pump and DC seal oil pump.

 

3. If it can be restored in time, start the air-side AC sealed oil pump.

 

4.If the AC sealed oil pump cannot be restored in time, and the air DC pump is not faulty, manually start the DC sealed oil pump.

 

5. Closely monitor the hydrogen differential pressure until the AC seal oil pump resumes operation.

 

3. After the running pump is turned off, the standby pump interlock is not normal:

 

(1) Phenomenon:

 

1. The air-side AC oil pump is off, and the air-side AC oil pump is off alarm.

 

2. The air-side DC oil pump is restarted after being connected or not connected. The standby differential pressure valve does not operate normally and the hydrogen pressure drops.

 

(Two) handling:

 

1. Release and reset the interlock block, and manually start the air-side DC oil pump.

 

2. If it still can't be started, send someone to open the bypass valve of the balancing valve manually to track the hydrogen pressure.

 

3. Immediately start to notify the maintenance process according to the hydrogen pressure drop load.

 

4. Observe that the temperature of the rotor coil and core does not exceed the specified value.

 

5. As the hydrogen pressure drops, lower the stator cooling water pressure to ensure that the water pressure is lower than the hydrogen pressure by 0.04MPa.

 

6. If it can be recovered in time, the recovery will start.

 

7. If it can't be recovered, the load will be reduced to 0 urgently. Disconnect generator operation. The minimum hydrogen pressure of the generator is 0.14Mpa. (The main engine oil source should be able to maintain a certain hydrogen pressure)

 

8. After the overhaul process, start the air-side AC oil pump. After the hydrogen charging purity of the generator is qualified, the unit begins to recover.
